1. Place Turkey in roaster, breast side up. Slide your hand underneath skin to separate it from the meat as much as possible. Sprinkle Spitfire Gourmet Swanky & Savory into your hand (half – full packet, depending on size of the turkey). Go back underneath the skin to rub seasoning all over the meat.
2. Bake turkey according to directions. Enjoy!
