Slow Roast Pulled Pork or Wild Boar Recipe
Prep time: 10 mins. Cook time: Slow Cooker. (4 servings)
YOUR LOCAL FRESH SHOPPING LIST:
- 2 lb. Pork or Wild Boar (or Tenderloin)
- 1/2 Packet (about 2 T.) Spitfire Gourmet Zesty Sweet Tang
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 T. ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar – “from the mother” is best)
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce
Stir Spitfire Gourmet Zesty Sweet Tang into Beef Broth and ACV. Place a Pork or Wild Boar in a crock pot, and pour the mixture over the roast. Cook all day on low, and pull apart.
Stir with your favorite BBQ Sauce, and serve!
Make it a full meal… add sliced Peppers, Onion and Carrots, and serve on Buns.
This recipe works great in an Instant Pot, too.
