Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

YOUR LOCAL FRESH SHOPPING LIST:
- ½ Packet (about 2 T.) Spitfire Gourmet Boozy Bouillon
- 2 lbs. Potatoes (or 2 lbs. frozen hash browns)
- 1/3 c. Dry Vermouth Wine (found at any liquor store)
- 1 c. Half & Half
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 c. Milk
Peel and slice 2 lbs. Potatoes thin (about 1/8”), and layer in a greased 9” x 9” baking dish.
In a sauce pan on low heat, whisk Spitfire Gourmet Boozy Bouillon into Dry Vermouth Wine, and then stir in Half & Half, Cream Cheese, and shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese until blended and warm.
Pour over Potatoes, and bake at 375º for 45 mins (until done) Pour Milk over during baking for extra moistness if needed.
