Spinach Souffle Recipe
Kick & Creamy Spinach Souffle
(Prep & cook time: 45 mins. Serves 6-8 as dinner, 10-12 as a side dish)

Place 40 oz. Frozen Spinach in a strainer, rinse with hot water, then squeeze out water. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 Eggs, 24 oz. Cottage Cheese, and the Kick & Creamy™ packet. Coat baking dish with Olive Oil Cooking Spray, and spread mixture in baking dish. Cut 8 oz. Velveeta into 1/2 inch cubes, and sprinkle on top. Push cubes into mixture. Bake at 325º for 30-40 minutes.
♦ Make it a meal… Add cooked Sausage before baking, and serve with warm Rolls.
