Awesome Toss Sloppy Josephs (Gourmet Sloppy Joes)

LOW CARB

(Prep & cook time: 40 mins. Serves 6-8)

Your local fresh shopping list is bolded:

♦ In a large skillet or wok, melt 2 T. Butter, then cook Ground Beef for about 8 minutes. Pour meat into a strainer to drain. ♦ Add one chopped Onion and one chopped Green Pepper to the skillet, and saute for about 5 minutes (until translucent). Stir in 1 cup Ketchup, 2 T. Mustard, 1 T. Worcestershire, 1/2 t. Cinnamon & the Awesome Toss packet. ♦ Add ground beef back into skillet. Stir, and Pepper to taste. Gourmet Tip: Add Ground Cloves 1/8 teaspoon at a time to taste. Cook on medium for 15 minutes. 

WINE: This recipe pairs nicely with Malbec or Grenache (red),
or Champagne or Chardonnay (white).

VARIATIONS:
♦ Serve on toasted Buns.
♦ Great with a creamy coleslaw or fruit salad.
