Awesome Toss Gourmet Slaw

LOW CARB

(Prep & cook time: 20 mins. Serves 10-12)

Your local fresh shopping list is bolded:

Stir the Awesome Toss packet into 2 T. ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar), 2 T. Sugar & 1/2 cup Sour Cream. Toss this sauce with whatever you like in your slaw… 16 oz. (8 cups) chopped Cabbage (chopped brussels sprouts and broccoli slaw work great, too), 4 chopped Scallions, 1 julienned Carrot… A handful of Pecans and Raisins or Craisins is great, too.  

WINE (the best part): This recipe is really tasty with Sauvignon Blanc (white).

VARIATIONS:
♦ 
Make it a full meal… Add cooked Chicken and serve with an awesome Bread
♦ For an Asian flavor: Add 1 tsp. Sesame Oil , substitute Rice Vinegar & add toasted Slivered Almonds.
