Awesome Toss Chopped Chicken Salad with Walnuts

LOW CARB

(Prep & cook time: 30 mins. Serves 6-8)

Your local fresh shopping list is bolded:

Bake 5 Chicken Breasts, and cut into chunks. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Awesome Toss packet with 1/2 cup Mayo and 2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar. Stir in 1/2 chopped Onion, 4 stalks chopped Celery, 2 cups Grapes (halved), 1 cup Walnuts, 2 cups cubed Provolone Cheese (or other hard cheese), and the chicken.

WINE (the best part): This recipe is really tasty with Sauvignon Blanc.

VARIATIONS:
♦ Make it a full meal… Serve on Buns with buttery Lettuce
